        Does it have an app? Which phones does it work with?

        Yes, there is an app for Android and iOS devices.

        When will the app be available?

        The app will go live in January 2023.

        Can we also access app functions on a web browser?

        No, not at this time.

        How does the device connect to the app?

        WiFi or cell phone data.

        What can we expect from the app?

        Real-time battery information, specifications, usage statistics, and an option to contact customer service.

        Will there be updates available through the app?

        Yes.

        SETUP AND MAINTENANCE
        How do I set it up?

        Plug and play, the Sentry is ready to use upon arrival.

        How do I turn it on and off?

        Simply use the power On/Off switch.

        How do I control it?

        Every feature is automatically controlled - with no additional manual input required.

        How do I care for and clean it?

        No maintenance is needed. We do recommend keeping the Dory charge above 10% during normal usage, and above 50% in storage.

         

        SAFETY AND REGULATION
        Where can I use it?

        At home, in your office or store and the great outdoors.

        What certifications does the unit have?

        The batteries contained in the Dory Sentry are UL1642 and UN 38.3 double certified.

        How durable is it?

        The Dory Sentry is expected to last over 10 years with proper use and care.

         

        SHIPPING
        When does shipping begin?

        We will start shipping the Dory Sentry in January 2023.

        When can we expect it to reach our home/office?

        Expect to receive your Dory product one week after it's shipped.

        Where does it ship?

        USA and Canada (no shipping to Hawaii).

        How much is shipping?

        For the continental US: $85 shipping fee for the Dory Sentry, with an additional $30 for the 400W Solar Panels.

        For Alaska and Canada: $265 shipping fee for the Dory Sentry, with an additional $70 for the 400W Solar Panels.

        Do I have to pay VAT / GST?

        You will be responsible for all VAT/GST assessed by your local courier or post office.

        What are the risks & challenges of receiving your product

        Dory has already started manufacturing units. Your purchase is risk-free.

        Is there a warranty?

        Our standard warranty is 2 years.

        What is your refund policy?

        Dory will return or replace your unit free of charge, if defective, within 30 days of delivery.
